Customized & Personalized Items

Because our products are made to order and personalized, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been engraved. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

Non-Personalized Items

For non-engraved or non-custom items (if applicable), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After engraving/production has started, cancellations are not possible.
