Replace or Refund Policy

At Sheri – Sacred Hands Engraving + Radiant Impressions, we take great care in packaging and inspecting every order before it ships. While most of our items are made to order and personalized (and therefore non-returnable), we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you receive a non-custom item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

How to request a replacement or refund:

Include clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item.
Let us know whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.

Once your request is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

Personalized or engraved items cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is an engraving error on our part.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
